Shipping Policy & Order Terms

 
1. Order Processing & Production
  • Production Time: We produce your items quickly. Canvas prints typically take 2-3 days to make. For other items, the average production time is 2 days within the EU and 1 day within the UK.
  • Order Changes: Once an order is sent to production, we can't cancel or change it, including the shipping address.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery
  • Shipping Costs: These depend on your location, order size, and weight. Since we use different partners (POD platforms) and ship some items ourselves, you might receive your order in separate packages, and shipping costs may be calculated for each item individually.
  • Final Price: The exact shipping cost will be clearly shown in your cart when you proceed to checkout.
  • Delivery Times: Orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after shipment, but delivery times can vary based on your location. For canvas prints, after production, delivery within the EU and Great Britain usually takes 5-7 days on average.

3. Returns & Damaged Goods
  • No Returns: All our products are made to order, so they can't be returned once produced.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and send us photos of the damage, as required by the carrier. If your claim is valid, we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Incorrect Addresses/Refused Delivery: We're not responsible for damages from improper handling, lost orders, or delays due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us because of a wrong address or if you refuse delivery (or deny customs duties), the products will be destroyed, and we won't be able to offer a refund or replacement.

4. Your Responsibilities
  • Accurate Information: Please make sure all the information you provide, especially your shipping address and product details, is correct.
