1. PRODUCT TYPES AND SHIPPING METHODS
Original artworks and limited edition collections:
- Shipped directly from Stockholm by Blue Art Vibes
- Professionally packaged with artwork protection
- Ships within 1-3 business days from payment confirmation
Print-on-Demand (POD) products:
- Produced and shipped by our partners from various countries
- Production time: about 2-7 business days
- Shipping after production: about 3-10 business days depending on location
2. DELIVERY TIMES
From Stockholm:
- Sweden: about 1-3 business days
- Europe: about 3-7 business days
- Worldwide: about 7-14 business days
POD products:
- Total time: 5-17 business days (production + shipping)
- May vary depending on product origin country
3. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
4. IMPORTANT POD ORDER LIMITATIONS
After placing an order, you CANNOT:
- Change delivery address after payment confirmation
- Cancel orders after production has started
- Modify order details after approval
- CHECK ALL DETAILS CAREFULLY before finalizing your purchase
Incorrect delivery address:
- POD suppliers (Gelato, Printful) are NOT responsible for incorrectly provided addresses
- They DO NOT RESHIP due to customer error
- Cost of reshipping is fully borne by the customer
5. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES
Products from Stockholm:
- EU shipments: no additional duties
- Non-EU shipments: may be subject to duties and taxes in destination country
POD products:
- Each supplier ships from different countries
- Duties and taxes depend on product origin country
- Blue Art Vibes does not control POD suppliers' customs declarations
Customer is fully responsible for:
- All customs duties and local taxes
- Costs related to customs clearance
- Refusal to accept due to duties = loss of order without refund
6. PACKAGE TRACKING For orders over 500 SEK, we provide tracking numbers.
7. PROBLEM RESOLUTION PROCEDURES
- Lost package: report to carrier
- Damaged product: claim within 48h of delivery
- Production error: replacement at our cost
- Customer error: reshipping cost borne by customer
8. LIABILITY Blue Art Vibes is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by POD suppliers or carriers
- Errors in addresses provided by customers
- Customs issues in international shipping
- Customs duties and local tax costs
